PROJECTS

  • Web Analytics Benchmark Index: Gathered requirements and managed the rebranding of a Web Analytics Benchmark Index. The Benchmark index allowed companies to compare their vital website metrics to their competitors sites while maintaining anonymity. Clients used the index in order to pinpoint areas of their site that were underperforming and take appropriate action. The index was heavy used by Product Marketing to set our company apart from our competition.
  • Portable Demo System: Researched and defined requirements for a Portable Demo system based on actual production software for distribution to the Field Sales Team. The requirement was that demo needed to look and feel like the actual product but have the ability to edit the data within the demo and run it without internet access. This allowed the Sales team to demo new product offerings months in advance of the actual release which translated into advanced purchasing of new features.
  • Creation of Blog Network: Setup of a personal blog network consisting of 10 blogs that range in Google Page rank of 3-6 and generate $20k + of revenue a year. Traffic was solely Natural Search based and zero marketing dollars were spent each month. Revenue was generated through text link ads and affiliate revenue. Creation of the network took about 6-9 months of spare time and currently requires about 5-10 hours a month to maintain traffic and revenue.
